This policy describes how Simon Karuku ("I", "me") collects and uses personal information when you contact me through this website or via WhatsApp. By contacting me, you agree to the terms below.
Information I collect
When you submit the contact form on this site, I receive your name, WhatsApp number, and the short description you provide about your business. When you message me on WhatsApp, I receive your phone number, profile name, and message contents through the WhatsApp service.
How I use your information
I use the information only to respond to your inquiry, discuss a potential project, and follow up on our conversation. I do not sell, rent, or share your details with third parties. I do not add you to marketing lists without your explicit consent.
Data storage and retention
Contact form submissions arrive by email and are stored in my email account. WhatsApp messages are stored on the device I use to reply and on WhatsApp's servers, subject to their own privacy policy. I keep correspondence for as long as needed to deliver the project, and remove it on request.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not set tracking cookies and does not run third-party advertising or analytics scripts. Standard server logs may record anonymous request data for security and uptime purposes.
Your rights
